Interactive Design
10th Grade
Coding & Gaming
Coding & Gaming is an introductory programming and gaming course that requires little to no prior experience. Students will work individually and collaborate in teams to design digital games. Students will learn the technical skills like programming, graphic design and animation, testing, debugging, and more that are necessary for game development.
11th Grade
Web Design
Web Design is an intermediate level course for students wishing to explore computer programming and web page development, coding, and design. This course provides training in webpage design and coding using HTML/CSS, PHP and JavaScript in addition to a foundation in multimedia design as it relates to web design.
12th Grade
Digital Innovation & Design
Digital Innovation and Design is a senior level capstone course in which students will execute two main projects, the Innovation Project during the first semester and the Utopia Project during the second semester. These projects are cross-curricular projects in collaboration with Economics/Government class, English class, and the Multimedia class. Students will also complete a number of smaller technology-oriented projects throughout the school year.
