Year One: We will present our project to various outreach organizations who are kickstarting the project. By showing our project and spreading the idea. We will be doing advertising with our website. Most of the people do not have internet, so we will be printing out leaflets and posting it around the city and help raise awareness about sex trafficking.
Year Two: This year we will ship the items and ourselves via plane. Once we get there we will find a flat area, and clear it out. We will start to check the houses around to see the materials. Once we make the blueprints we will start collecting the materials from the cities, so the building looks like it’s from there. We will make facilities to see if they’re ready. Now that the people in the cities know what is going on. They will be aware of what we are doing. We are going to start building our facilities using wood substitutes another group has started to work on. Because we will use wood substitutes there will be no need for cutting down trees. At the end of the year, the two facilities will be up and running and we will start helping the sex trafficking victims.
Year Three: We will begin to provide birth control services like condoms, female condoms, IUDs, birth control pills, weekly check ups, etc. We will also buy the medical tools necessary for any medical services the women may need.
Year Four: The centers have been up and running for a year now any mistakes in our operation have been or are still currently being resolved. Sex trafficking has been reduced and along with it the number of STDs. The rate of undeage sex traffiking has slowly decreased in the two cities but that is only the start.
Year Five: We hope that the sex trafficking rate will drop severely in Nosy Be and Toamasina. Since there will still be still underaged sex trafficking going on in other cities we will work on expanding our centers. We will be hoping to expand our center to other cities in order to help those in the sex trade in other areas of Madagascar.
